Free Yoga Trial Class
Saturdays @8am & 10am

 

The Free Trial Class features cultivating a mind-body connection though movement and deep breathing, allowing you to relax and destress. This 30-minute session provides the foundational steps to Mind-Body Centering, Hatha Practice and Relaxation.

 

Requirements: Yoga Mat (yoga blanket or towel are optional for extra support).

Try fasting for at least 30 minutes before you start yoga practice to improve the quality of your experience.

The Lite Yoga Class features developing deeper mind-body connection through stress relieving postures, fluid movement and breath synchronization. This 60- minute class includes: Mind-Body Centering, Light Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation. If you are new to yoga and want to experience the life-changing effects of making yoga a part of your life, then this is the class for you

The Surya Yoga Class  features the invigorating and energizing dynamics of sun salutations and vinyasa increasing your activity with deeper stretching and relaxation. This 60-minute class includes: Warm-up and Mind-Body Centering, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Relaxation and Meditation. If you already have experience with yoga and want to increase body mobility and mental concentration this is the class for you.

Requirements: Yoga Mat (yoga blanket or towel are optional for extra support).
