Sharon graduated with a distinction in a Master of Science degree in Human Services, specializing in Mental Health Counselling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, a Diploma in Education, and a Certificate in Public Relations.
Helping Educational institutions, Sharon brings her 10-year experience in teaching to the consultation process and uses the social-emotional learning model to develop parent-teacher-student relationships for successful class-room outcomes.
In Human Resources for businesses and organizations, Sharon meets leaders to help them improve human relations and performance through proactive team building, job description development, and employee driven motivation.
As a therapist for Professionals, Individuals, Couples, Women and Families, Sharon uses a positive, strengths-based approach in a relaxed, private, professional setting. She offers preventive and skills training workshops, regular mental and emotional health check-ups, and long-term psychotherapy and counselling, and is committed to achieving the holistic well-being of clients.
Sharon was a member of the Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association and other recognized professional counselling bodies in the United States, and continues to adhere to the high Code of Ethics laid down in their guidelines.

Garimaa graduated from North Western University with a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counselling. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioural Sciences from the University of the Southern Caribbean.
Garimaa focuses her expertise on children, giving voice to the importance of childhood experiences and the formative effect it has on later abilities to cope and adjust to an individual's changing environment.
Garimaa believes that these foundational years are the basis of fulfilling life experiences which require the education of parents and children to understand the importance these play in the moments that will define their lives.
Garimaa continues to work in the United States as a Child and Adolescent Therapist and is required to adhere to the high Code of ethics of the American Counselling Association and other National and State Organizations.

The Research Administrator is responsible for data storing and analysis. In this position the administrator collates biographic and other data about cases and the organization as a whole that can be useful in determining best practices as well as inform policies, and procedures in case management.
In addition the RA has a responsibility to hold all information regarding clients personal data in strict confidence. Only information that can be useful in research for long term interventions and understanding of human behaviour, will be analysed.
Afeefah graduated from Kingston University London with a Master of Science degree in Child Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resource Management from The University of the West Indies.
Afeefah specializes in understanding typical and atypical development of children. She especially focuses on techniques to build resiliency and self-esteem in children.
Afeefah is also interested in understanding the influence and impact of technology on youths in this modern era with an aim of expounding on the benefits of technology as it relates to the advancement of development in childhood.
Afeefah currently works in child protection and holds a special interest in working with children who have experienced mild to severe trauma, including child abuse and neglect.

Faaria graduated from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine with Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminology from The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
She uses theory and clinical knowledge to help in the understanding, prevention and relief of psychologically based distress and dysfunction in order to promote well-being and personal development. Faaria focuses her expertise on Assessments and Psychological Evaluations for children and adults.

Lee graduated from Caribbean Nazarene College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Counselling. She also works in the financial industry.
Lee has a deep interest in children and parenting and is passionate about bringing positive change to the way in which parents and children solve problems. She is involved in helping them develop the skills to adapt to our constantly changing and challenging environments.
Lee wants to continue to expand her expertise in this field and assists in managing the operations at Share Consulting as she continues to support and give of her knowledge and experience.

Rayya graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree from the university of the West Indies searching for her true calling.
Her real passion became apparent after marriage and herself being a parent and spouse, understanding the need for family and parental support, drew her to Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Since joining Share-Consulting, Rayya has completed over 500 hours of supervised training and has engaged clients in a variety of aspects of their emotional and psychological environments. Her Positive approach to problem-solving and acute listening skills make her an asset to this organization and its clients, who benefit from her genuine regard and passion for human resilience and self empowement.
Pooja graduated with a Master of Science degree in Biology from The University of the West Indies.
She switched her interest to artistic and holistic practice when she found that her passion really aligned closer to nature and the many benefits it presents for humanity.
Pooja has combined this passion for nature and the environment with her training in Yoga and Massage to create a therapeutic style of Yoga Instruction that addresses stress and pain by creating balance and flexibility in the body.
