Service Description

Children, like teenagers and adults, experience challenges in their lives. They interpret the world in their own language. The therapist can help re-interpret the child's actions and words so they feel heard and understood. These therapeutic sessions use creative approaches to target issues surrounding traumatic experiences, stress, life changes/adjustments, anxiety, self-esteem/self-confidence, resiliency, mentorship, and youth empowerment. Sessions are designed to support Children ages 4-17 years old.
